I had great experience with them last year but I ran out but I ran out one day and never reordered. They seem to help with my overall health. My body used to like them. As for the smell, well I have to say some people are just too sensitive to smell and taste. This is a form of medication and so its not gonna taste like candy. I have taken pills that are far worse than these. Maybe take it with milk or juice. One thing I can say they are a bit too pricey at the local GNC store. I also think they should increase the content to 90 pills in a bottle even if they have to raise the price up a little. Fortunately Amazon is cheaper and way more convenient to shop. But yes for a guy like me that lacks a well balanced diet these are a God send.

Has everything ya need just like a homeless shelter (including the smell, this stuff stinks!) The lil bit of cyanocobalamin B12(cyanide) is concerning.....but.... lets be honest, we've ingested worse willingly.
