The best book to have clarity towards your goal.
It is the best book to help you to know about your ONE thing that makes all other things easy and unnecessary. I am grateful to both authors who present this wonderful idea of ONE thing in simple words.

Fantastic Book
It's a must read. It offers a great perspective compared to what we routinely hear. It's very different than other motivational books but totally worth it.

good book for PHD Students
Key takeaways:-The book is one of the best books and to the point of focussing on your one thing. For example; your one thing could be novel writing, so focus on time blocking and remove all distractions during that time.-Incremental improvements are the key when we look for long time benefits. Even the task is huge but you work every day that ultimately it is done. For example, in Ph.D. thesis writing; the moment we add one reference it means work has started, then over a period of months one becomes 100 and we have a perfect literature review.-For PhD Students; instead of focusing on 5 papers focus on 1 research publication and make it the best. You might receive from that paper most of your citations than all 4-5 combined.-Quality job needs intense focus. If we focus on a narrow area; we became experts in that, instead of trying everything and good for nothing.-Best for: Students, People who want to achieve some goal (could be health, money, time management, research)-80/20 principle is explained here; which is basically 20% of work leads to 80 results. Chose the right input; which creates most of the output.-Work in batches; for example, emails/updates from social handles can be checked together rather than checking each hour.-We don’t have infinite willpower, use that wisely. Finish the important tasks; start of the day/when you are most focussed. Do not waste that time in responding to emails and chatting.-Every illustration that the author has used to explain concept is GOLD ! Simple black and white drawing to explain a complex problems.-TAGLINE: What's the ONE Thing you can do such that by doing it everything else will be easier or unnecessary? All the Best: Dr Mayank Mishra (Author Diary of a PhD Student).

Best book to learn goal setting, setting up a systematic plan, be productive and achieve goals.
The media could not be loaded. It is the best book to start with to know goal setting, setting up a systematic plan then a routine to be more productive and eventually break out of monotonous lifestyle to achieve the goal you wish for. The size of book is small, size of a hand. The delivery quality was in excellent condition. Some reviews are saying that the book has underlined pencil marks, those are intentionally underlined grey ink used by the author itself to highlight or stress upon the important key points, so it is normal. This book not only covers the theory but gives an actionable steps and ways to implement them. It is very practical in nature and tuned according to your current digital lifestyle. Overall, I suggest to must read this book cover to cover.
