Great for sleep and anxiety
This is great for helping with days of random anxiety, and it seems to always give me vivid, good dreams. Although, I’m partly skeptical on Vitamin D, as it could affect your sleep cycle if taken at night (I’ve not felt this).I couldn't take this 2 days in a row, as it would negatively affect my sleep by making it smaller.

Taurine? or magnesium?
This product explains the magnesium in depth,however as a taurine supplement I would expect the company to go into a little more detail on that ingredient. Otherwise would it be better marketed as as magnesium supplement maybe? Not sure tbh.As someone who has never used supplements I went on this sellers website,unfortunately not much in way of reviews at all,taurine product I purchased on Amazon unavailable on the website shop and SS sport supplies goes under a different name.No visible effects so far,hardening of my stool is a physical symptom since ingesting these capsules,can’t be sure it’s related.and certainly not considered constipation.As I was here for the taurine and after weighing all this up,I may look at an alternative brand.All things said definitely value for money as these should last anyone purchasing a good while. I’d also add there might a more serene balance in my day to day mood. Again not sure it’s related.And I must mention I’ve only took one capsule per day and my other taurine intake comes from energy drinks 1 can per day which takes me to 2,500mg of taurine per day. 500mg under the recommended dosage.The bottle itself is very well protected and packaged and it looks a well managed product.No expertise whatsoever in this review but I hope it helps.
