Lots of storage spots
Great quality! It’s easy to put together and can be customized to your liking. There’s lots of levels and places to put things. It looks great, although it does get water stains over time.

Perfect for small places
The appearance is sleek and modern. The weight of the product is light. It holds a lot of dishes. I love the way it expands to fit a few more dishes. I’m not having to place a towel/drying mat on the countertop to absorb the water. It has a separate area to place your knives so they won’t be damaged along sitting with the other silverware. One of the best things is the draining spot rotates 360° so you can place it vertical or horizontal or even on either side of the sink. It drains with no problems. There isn’t any standing water. Very easy to assemble. This product is very sturdy. Just had 6 plates, stock pot, silverware, cooking utensils, wooden cutting board, and a few measuring cups. It held up perfectly.

Well made but awkward dish rack
I like the modern look of the dish rack with the bamboo knife holder. The unit itself is a bit awkward to use as using the dish rack on top of the main unit doesn't allow enough space under my cabinet above it. Also, the little attachment for cups is very wobbly and not secure at all to the point that I won't use it.I didn't rate it as a 5 because it's awkward for dish placement in my cabinet layout situation. This may not affect others the same if you have more open cabinet space to utilize.

Lots of space for drying. Easy to assemble.
It's kind of opposite from the average drainer, with the silverware holder farthest from the sink, but you get used to it. The silverware rack is a little deeper than most so spatulas and bigger utensils don't fall out.I really like the 4 cup drying hooks that hang over the sink rather than over the counter where they would just drip on the counter.... or inside the rack where they would take up space. The pull-out is great for bigger items or extra cups and mugs.

works fine
I placed ours vertically instead of horizontally on our counter and it fits perfectly, and because it's not that wide, I was able to free up a little extra counter space too. When you first open up the box, it looks like there are a lot of pieces but there really isn't. I opted not to use the cup thingy. The sides are a little low so I had to get used to stacking dishes a slightly different way, but other than that, it's been working out great for my household. After reading some other reviews, I tested out the drain spout by pouring multiple cups of water over the basket but it never leaked on me. Sometimes it will drain, then slow down and then drain some more which is funny to look at but everything has worked as described. It doesn't mention it in the description but the extendable part interior is on a slant which forces the water to not be stagnant which I like. And you can't really tell from the product pics but the utensil holder has drain openings on the one side so you don't have to worry about water staying inside the holder. I wish it came in a more glamorous color than black but that's just me being picky. Besides it fitting my counter completely how I like, I think my favorite feature is that the inside part doesn't have huge wire racks. It allows me more freedom to use that space without wires getting in my way. I can still stack plates and lids if I want but with the lower interior, I can put my pots and pans however I want.

Doesn’t drain properly
The media could not be loaded. Water sits in a pool and does not drain all the water out like it says it will. They have no video showing that it does in fact do that. There is just too much water sitting there. If I wanted that quality, I would have kept the cheap strainer that I already have. Also, the legs on the extension make a horrible screeching noise when you pull it out unless you lift it. They need to have some kind of rubber on there.

Sturdy and functional
Exactly what I needed. Different areas for different items. As many items as I need (mainly hand washed, but also lids and something that doesn't come completely dry from the dishwasher), without taking so much space.
