Who doesn't love 580 calories of sweet squishy goodness that only sort of looks like a humble donut took some vitamin E and worked his upper body way too much?The box was crushed and all of the donuts were a little smushed, but they jumped right out at me when I opened their little cellophane wrappers.Unfortunately, I only got to glutton out on one of these from the box because my overindulged kids snarffled the rest!These are good but we'll only eat them once a year; right before winter when we're putting on extra layers to get us through the cold, lean days!

As a child, my grandfather would share his sweet treats with me over a cold glass of milk. This has the same flavor I recall from decades ago. I cannot give it a 5th star, just because the nutritional profile is a crime against coronary arteries. Otherwise, fantastic junk food.

I love these honey buns when they are fresh but the last two packages I have gotten from Amazon have been stale. The expiration date was only three days away from when I received them. I will not be ordering anymore. I am now afraid to order any sort of food product from Amazon because the last several items I have ordered have not been good and taste like they have been on the shelves for six months. Even some Cokes I ordered last month came already expired!

These were an impulse buy. I saw them & it made me think of the honey buns we had as children. But these are a lot bigger than those. I neglected to see the Jumbo in the description!!! :D They hit the spot when you want something sticky sweet. And one can be split in two unless you have a man-size appetite! Hostess is a good brand, so you can't go wrong buying these.
