This is a great internet radio….with one issue
I have purchased 3 Ocean Digital radios recently. I am so impressed with them. Easy to use if you read instruction manual. Better than decent sound, quite good for ambient listening of music like classical, most jazz and blues, big band music, crooners like Frank Sinatra, most pop music. Not very impressive for rock, which is easy to understand since the box is small and there is a single speaker. Even though this radio is mono, it actually receives and processes the signal as stereo. I use a simple mini plug to L/R RCA plug to connect to my home stereo system through the tape in ports on back. Sound output that way is stereo and near CD quality, but of course depends on the quality being broadcast by the station. Some broadcast in higher fidelity than others. The one disappointing feature is the Bluetooth. I expected to be able to use the radio with wireless BT headphones. But the BT feature of this radio works in only one direction, from a device like an iPhone to the radio’s speaker. If it has BT built in, I wished it was able to send sound to a BT device, like external speakers or headphones. All things conspired - sound quality, size, construction, features and the tens of thousands of stations available, including many local AM and FM stations.- this device is an exceptional bargain. And half the fun is exploring the wide world of internet radio and discovering or rediscovering music that costs nothing once you buy the radioOne more comment, the battery gives several hours of use and the remote control is full featured.

Works as Intended, Sound is Great
This is my sixth internet radio. I use them in different rooms around the house, the basement, and the garage. The only reason I bought this one was to replace an older one with a broken, unrepairable power connection (the style of connection has now been changed on the newer model). The features are what you'd expect on a radio, tuning, a place for favorites, and a nice bass response on the mono speaker. It also serves as a digital clock and shows the current weather. Well worth the price and convenience if you have wireless in your home.

Overall good
Overall good Internet Radio.I think Grace Digital has a better User Interface, but after getting burned with a Receiva radio from Grace, I will not deal with them again.I don't like that the upper right line of the display keeps changing between battery/time and IP Address. Why do I care what the IP address of the radio is constantly? It doesn't change. I don't know how to turn off that "feature".

I love this radio
I bought it to use in the bathroom, It is a one speaker radio and for me has a nostalgic radio sound to it meaning that it isn't punching out bass but sounds clear and very charming, easy to set up and gets a good wifi stream, I'm very happy

Nice replacement for my old internet radio...
Easy installation and setup (if you follow the brief manual step by step instructions).Easier navigation, comparing to the old model. The sound of the speaker is not so bad, but I connected the radio via AUX to my BOSE receiver and it sound glorious. Now, let's pray that this radio will last for at least 5-7 years.BTW, My old Ocean Digital is still working fine after 7 years of service on our terrace in tropical humid climate of Hawaii.

Great sound for a single speaker
At the risk of sounding dumb to the techno wizards I was amazed that I can receive so much with simple wifi in my house. The set up was basically easy but took a little patience like most things but I got it. I am completely thrilled with how well it works for the good price. The charging battery makes it very convenient to move around the house and the remote is great too. Great purchase.

Made of cardboard and sounds weak
Bought one and sound was bad, something was resonating inside. Upon inspection, the enclosure is made from a cardboard composite glued together and covered with plastic veneer. Speaker is a poor quality 2.5” drive. Sounds OK in headphones or external amp.Update: replaced poor speaker with a nice $13 driver purchased here. Sound is weaker (replaced 3W with 5W) but it sounds good and internal resonance gone.

OK for the price
Easy to set up, difficult to use - manual sparse. Sound OK, for the money. WZ
