This company will screw you!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CLOWNS!!!
I ordered the sound system. A week later, the sound system arrived. Upon unboxing of the product, I noticed that a top speaker was dislodged from it's hole in the top of speakerbox. This speaker was found damaged, at the bottom of the plastic wrap. (see images 1 and 2)I thought this may be something I could fix, so decided to plug it in anyway, to see how it sounds. I plugged the power unit into an known good outlet and device did NOT power on. I tried power via a different outlet, and another. No power from any known good outlets. The power supply is broken.As per my explanation of the issue, Rockville agreed to cover shipping costs for both send and receive, after I located a pick up location. Fortunately, after re-boxing this item, a local Walgreens took the package, as they are aware the next closest freight center is/was over an hour away. The FedEx driver picks up package.About a week later, my new system arrives. This product is/was also deficient. The second arrival was missing components: no sound-speaker connector cable, no remote, no speaker feet. I contacted the seller support center again, sharing with her the missing components and my utter disgust with how they've handled this issue, twice now, offering a damaged product and then not providing ALL of the missing components.A few weeks ago, SOME of the missing components arrived. Rockville sent the connector cable and the speaker feet but the feet are missing hardware (bolts) to attach them to the speakers and I have yet to receive the system remote control at this time. Also of note, I have NOT received any warranty info to fill out, as was requested.I was very upset and have given this vendor an opportunity to redeem themselves, but it's been two months since I'd ordered this device and STILL do not have a complete unit. Missing components include: Remote control, speaker feet hardware, warranty info.Based on Rockville's actions and lack of actions over the past two months, defective merchandise and the inability to correct their deficiencies, I am beyond requesting the missing components be expedited, I want a full refund on this unit, paid in full, at no cost to myself.Update >>It has now been fourteen weeks (three months, two weeks) since I'd ordered this unit. I remain w/out a complete unit and they continue to placate me with happy smiles and 'sincere' apologies, while informing me the 'part' (remote) is still unavailable.These acts are symptoms of a criminal enterprise. Do not buy any Rockville products. You will be pushed down the line until the 30day refund policy has expired, they will placate you with fake boilerplate apologies until you cave and say eff it and give up.DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! On January 5th, it will be four months since I'd ordered the unit. It came to me damaged and they wanted me to pay shipping to get it back. The second unit that came was still missing components. They continue to placate me with lies and now insult me, insinuating that I'd missed components (from an empty box, no less)! They will screw you, lie to you and since the shipping/return process takes time, your warranty expiration will expire. Then you'll be in the boat I'm in, screwed waiting for a complete unit. Good luck. Heed this warning. This company will screw you. The positive reviews are most-likely from in-house paid employees. Good luck. Don't say I didn't warn you!

Placement of speaker should be at least 6 ft apart
I was impressed by the sound! I listen to a lot of Jazz and the sound has a good flat response. Which is great for high fidelity. Size is good for placement. Remote control is very easy to operate. Bluetooth is easy to pair and audio power is great prevents distortion

When we initially got these speakers they were great they provided stellar sound and we were very happy with them. After roughly a month they just stopped working. We got a new optical cable thinking perhaps it was an issue on our side, no dice. So I contacted customer support. They asked us to return the speakers. Now these things are massive and they cost almost 80 bucks to ship back to them. They said they would pay for it however I've yet to see compensation. It took almost 2 months to even get that response from them. They would not provide a prepaid label. They said they would issue a refund however they set a second set of speakers out without communication about a month later. (To be fair I did say we liked these speakers and would love to keep them I just wanted them to work) They came beat up and dinged. The fabric and plastic on one side was beat up and broken. They worked for one day. I turned them off after use the first night via the remote and they have not produced sound since. I've checked all connections and tried it with multiple TVs and settings. The optical cord does work as I've also check that against other tvs. These are just a dud ... now I'm out the price of the speakers AND the 80 bucks I spent to return the first set. If I were you I would maybe stay away. They did have great quality when they worked. This was a huge disappointment.Edit... Idk what 2 years later? I never got my shipping money back I never got my speakers working and they I think are hanging out in the garage collecting dust. Biggest waste of money and time please don't buy from these people.

Sound is extremely good for what they’re.
I love the speakers they look and sound great. I’m wondering though if anyone else that owns them is heaving a problem with the optical input on them? I can pretty much only use them with Bluetooth. The optical works for a few a minute then cuts out and then cuts out and makes an extremely loud static type sound. I tried it with three different cables and 3 different TV’s. Two high end Sony TV’s and on my New FireTv. Same exact thing happens on all of them. With all cables. It’s a shame because they sound so much better on with the optical cable.The remote is also a let down. It’s extremely cheap. It does the trick but I don’t see it lasting that long.Those are my only two complaints because the speakers really do sound great, they throw the sound extremely well which is a surprise to me and the bass is really deep and will shake your house. :) and also look good imo.

Great Customer Service and Quality Products at affordable prices
Team Rockville, Long Story short. I bought this product along with 2 Subs a few weeks back. Despite two issues on minor and one major I cannot say anything bad about either the products or the services provided by Rockville. The first minor was that the one of the subs arrived late and I believe that was Amazon and not you, however the more serious issues was that the remote control for the main unit did not work, after getting online and speaking with a Rep, after some back and forth I was able to get a new remote and begin to really enjoy the Rockville experience. So, thank you for doing the right things regarding customer service and also producing a fine quality product with a reasonable price. Cheers
