I purchased these Crunchy Roasted Edamame Beans and Crispy Quinoa, from Amazon, to help me recreate a favorite salad kit Fresh Express' Chopped Sunflower Crisp. I was buying several bags of this salad every week which contains dried edamame and toasted quinoa as part of its crunchy salad topping mix. I looked up a delicious sweet onion vinaigrette recipe and bought all the other salad ingredients listed on the bag. Now I can make as much of this salad at home as I want! Even though I still have one unopened bag of these edamame beans left I've already placed an order for more, and also subscribed, so I'll never run out of them. As a new vegetarian, might achieve vegan, this are great for protein and taste good. My goal is one year with plant based but I’m realistic and have grace for myself- considering I ate a meat based diet I’m pretty proud of myself. Feel too skinny but my BMI is prefect. Would love some of my stable mass back but bodies change overtime. They are filling. Don’t notice a smell and I’m super sensitive to smell as a nurse. Love the salt taste not sure how ranch and chipotle are seasoned but I’m seeking natural and salt is natural

Found my new favorite snack that packs some protein too! Finding myself wanting to snack on these over almonds now. Love the crunch and ranch flavor. Can’t wait to snack on these at the beach. Wish I could find this at my grocery store.

Edit 5/21/25: The seller contacted me and issued me a full refund! Great customer service!Not the worst thing I have ever eaten. The are a lot of hulls (for lack of a better word) which got stuck in my teeth and sort of mealy texture. Definitely a salty, crunchy snack. Just not for me.

Part of me wants to gatekeep these! I've been trying to get more fiber in my diet, and have tried a few different snacks for this purpose. These are my favorite-- not chalky like roasted chickpeas or too hard like roasted broadbeans. They have more protein than corn nuts and less fat than pistachios but crunch & size that's similar to both. The ranch flavor isn't too salty or spicy and they also are very filling for a snack.

Received sea salt flavor today and opened right away. Very crunchy with the right amount of salt. A great and healthier replacement for my salty and crunchy cravings.

These are so good. Perfect snack when you want a crunch. The texture is somewhat similar to a corn snack but lighter, and they have a nice nutty taste that’s not overpowering or too salty. Lots of protein and you get some fiber as well. They are a bit pricey which was the only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars.
