Excellent product
It was very easy to install and it is elegant product and the great thing about it because it is Curley this helped to reduce the pressure of the water which I have a problem with.The delivery was not the best though as the package was left on my door step which can be picked up by anyone and I was lucky I came home late to see it on my door step as it was delivered late as well. The product is great otherwise.

Handset is Good
I have to say that the spiral hose is a bit awkward (and not especially pretty), but the handset is very nice and solidly built.I just used the old straight hose and all is good.

Love it
I love this product. For me it a non negotiable in my home.Without one I was using products such as anusol and feeling unclean most of the day until I shower.Ease of fitting, well Im not a pro plumber but I got it done after an hr or so of thinking about it.The water pressure is great, never too hard as too sting in the sensitive areas and the chrome finish is very nice and I believe compatible with most bathrooms.Good value for money too.

No leak
Great quality. My top concern is leak as it’s hard to find one that doesn’t leak. This one has been on for weeks and no leak so far. Very pleased.

Not very powerful
I'd like to give this a great review because it works, but it's not very powerful. The ones with the metal around the tube allow a lot more water through and are much more powerful
