I read the reviews. This worked for my two year old... I put 10 drops in a small cups of juice. The juice barley cover the bottom of the cup. My 2 year old was drowsy with in like 10 mins and she slept though the night. Perfect. So I repeated this 3 more nights. Keeping mine previous reviews about diarrhea and nausea. She seemed fine. So I tried it for self I fell asleep with 10 min as well but I noticed numbing feeling all over as I felt the melatonin kick in... when I woke up I felt nauseous. Nothing to bad. on the 4th night of giving this to my daughter when she woke up she was screaming and crying. She look like she didn't feel good. But as the day went on she was better.I recommend this but maybe not nightly.

They get the job done when my son eats them but he has spit so many more out then he's actually taking. There's a harder outer shell to them and are super tough to chew.
