I bought these earrings for a special event, and I would have loved to be able to wear them. They're beautiful and look well made. However, the hooks are two or three times as thick as normal French hooks, and I'd barely put them in before my ears started to hurt. If your ear piercings are slightly larger than needed for studs or French hooks, you won't have the same problem I did.
