This is heavy brass from India and the base is quite shiny. I wanted an elegant pen holder to hold my pen in use for that week and to showcase them like this Leonardo in sea glass resin!! Love it❣️

Just as described except one additional good thing. They also included a non functional fountain pen so if gifting the recipient will be able to tell what the item is used for. Very helpful and thoughtful.
