Update: The USB ports do not meet the USB spec! I added a Bluetooth USB dongle and noticed that the USB devices were not working properly, they dropped out. Had to add a powered USB hub for the devices to work, and that did the trick. It appears the USB ports do not receive sufficient power from the computer's power supply when 3 or more of the USB ports are in use. I know that the USB2 spec requires an available 1 amp per port, don't know about the USB3 spec. But when I add several devices the USBs start to drop out. Adding an external powered USB hub provides outside power and relieves the strain on this little computer's power supply. Apparently, although the computer boasts 4 USB3 and 2 USB2 ports, it cannot power them all at the same time.ALSO: Windows 10 will not update. Error message indicates an unsupported file format.Original Review:We got this to stream video to our TV, and it works great. We added an external drive to load our music files and we run iTunes and a game emulator program. We really like the fact that the Power button and the USB ports are on the front panel. We had an issue activating Windows 10 Pro, and the seller emailed us back telling us Windows 10 Pro was already activated (it wasn't), but that issue was resolved with Amazon Tech Support -- this is EXACTLY why we try to make this kind of purchase on Amazon.

So I order 2 of these systems I received them and started to setup the first system. It popped up with a notice to activate windows. Well it would not activate as it was a windows 10 pro N operating system. So I looked it up Due to a ruling for anti-competitive practices by the European Commission in 2004, Microsoft has been forced to maintain special editions for its Windows operating systems. Labeled "N" for Europe and "KN" for Korea, these editions include all the base features of the operating system but without Windows Media Player and related technologies pre-installed. For the Windows 10 editions, this includes Windows Media Player, Music, Video, Voice Recorder and Skype. When I was in File Explorer I noticed the C: was in a language like Chinese characters. I returned these systems and got as refund buyer beware.
