I used it to transfer files from old sd cards. No issues. Good product

I bought this because I needed a way to read some old sm (smart media) cards. Looks like this item was updated and they continued to use the old packaging and just put a new label with a barcode over the old one. The card reader does have slots for SD, MS, M2 and TF. I didn’t try any of them since I only bought this for sm cards so I can’t tell if they are any good or not.
