Battery is a perfect fit like the original and charge time is simular to the Dremel branded however, the battery life is just over half of the Dremel brand. If I could return it and get the Dremel Brand than I would.

i wanted to add a 2nd battery to my arsenal for my Lithium Ion Dremel. I did the research, read the reviews. I decided on this one. i have used it a few times now and it charges rather quickly and seems to run longer than the stock one that came with the tool. it has plenty of power to spin up a 2 1/2" sawblade to 25,000 RPM and cuts through sheet rock like butter. i have finished working so far every time before i ran out of battery, so i don't know how long it will last, but i know i did a pretty steady hour of cutting with it. it anything changes i will update my review, so far I'm loving it. may get another one, cuz nothing is worse than having to stop and charge a battery mid project.

I ordered this with hoping it would be correct. Sometimes when ordering things of this nature they come in wrong. But this battery is as described and fit perfectly. I gave it 4 stars because at present it hasn’t actually been used to give a review. Although it did come in with a charge on the battery and will operate the tool it was purchased for.

The battery was a piece of junk.

I purchased this as a back up to the original battery that came w/ my 8220. I have not been able to get this thing to work w/ the Dremel. I can see the voltage when i meter it but all it does is turn on ... then off. It spins the arbor a little over 1 rotation then nothing.I dont suggest this battery unless the seller has a fix!

Seems to be a decent battery for the money. I don’t use it from fully charged to drained. I use the tool for short projects and don’t run the Dremel very long each time. We shall see how long it hangs in there for short bursts.

This battery actually lasts a lot longer than the OEM battery, which makes it a surprisingly good deal. It also fits in the Dremel charger better, another pleasant surprise, because it's a struggle to get the original battery in or out.
