Pulled it out of the box the other day. Fired it up. Ran it for about 5-10 minutes. Could tell an improvement the very next day. Repeated same "thumping" the next day. Am experiencing less pain and feels as though the "nerves" are coming back to life. We'll see what happens over the next few days/weeks. Thus far, am satisfied.

I suffer chronic pain due to my posture. This percussion massager is equivalent to one my chiropractor used on me years ago. The super fast speed at which it engages the muscle is very beneficial. The Pleno seems to be very well made. It comes with 2 batteries, multiple heads and a professional carrying case.It's not the cheapest, but then I don't want the cheapest. I feel like this is a good value overall.

So far I have been very happy with the power of the unit and the speed control has been a nice feature to play with as well as the rotating arm. I have only used it my legs in place of foam rolling and it seems to do the trick. I have also tickled my wife's feet with it...and that was fun.

I have only used it once but purchased it to get deep down into the knots in glutes. I also have tight calves and plan on using it to loosen the muscles as well. After the one use it definitely gets to the deep problem areas easily and more effectively than using a yoga ball. I will update after multiple uses. This is for the 3.0, not the 5.0.

This massager has been great to loosen my tight muscles, especially around my rotator cuff/shoulder areas. I highly recommend this unit to anyone who does physical type of work or any kind of exercise!

Just received and did a quick 10 minute session on my glutes and WOW! It loosed up a bad knot my massage therapist has been trying to work out for a month! Very satisfied with this purchase
