Telis 16 Remote Control with LCD Screen for Multiple Motorized Devices

Works awesome. Simple and easy way to control my shades. I have 13 individual remote shades and this remote allows me to control them individually and in groups (even all at the same time). It takes a little time to learn the process but once you have it working for one adding more is a piece of cake. Don't mix this up with the timer model remote controller which look identical but does something totally different.

It does what it's supposed to do. Looks nice, it is easy to program, and I was particularly impressed by the range it can cover: I can operate shades at a significant distance even located on other rooms or even other floor.

Love how I can control each blind individually or all at once. The range is great. I can have the remote downstairs and it reaches to the bedrooms also. Little difficult to set up initially, but after calling tech they helped me with all the blinds. Don't waist your time trying to figure it out or look at youtube, just call and you will get through it quicker. Also love how you can name each blind so you know which one you are controling

Easy to program and use. No complaints.

This item is seriously defective. At first, the problem was isolated, but we've come to realize that with even the upmost care in handling, we regularly need to remove the batteries and re-inset them in order to get the device to work. We have one of these in another room that we have had for years and it still works fine. This may be an isolated problem, but it i a major problem.

I have 30 shades in my home. Currently using the 5 channel somfy remotes. These were put in 13 years ago. I wanted to see if I can consolidate these remotes by buying a 16 channel remote. I followed direction step by step. Watched youtube videos. I can't get this remote to work. The recessed program button pressed and held. Yet the shades won't jog. Not sure if it's on a different frequency or not. But it works fine with the 5 channel remotes. Disappointed. Glad the return process is easy.
