I like the port combination. I could charge and display at the same time. When I first got it five months ago I used it often for VGA, and it seemed to work. I didn't try it for HDMI at that time. (didn't have a monitor to try with) Now, it does not work for HDMI. It seems to get the screen geometry wrong and shows a jumpy unstable, distorted picture. even if it gets the geometry close, it has strong vertical black lines, so unusable. Could be a driver issue, but but you can't add drivers to a Chromebook. The CB is an HP X360 14, late model. It's too late to send it back, so I guess I'm stuck. I'll have to get a different model.I like the port config, could charge and display at the same time

At first this worked perfectly, and it had exactly the ports I needed so I was excited to use it. However, after a couple of weeks, my monitor (which uses the VGA port) stopped connecting. I could get it to work by unplugging and plugging the port back in, sometimes after several tries. But then after a couple more weeks of that, it just stopped working altogether. No matter how many times I unplug and plug in the port, it no longer sees any connection to the VGA port. I'm able to use another VGA-only adapter I have as a backup, so I know it's the port, not my monitor or cable. The audio connection also no longer seems to be recognized by my laptop. This one might be defective, but for me it was a big waste of money.

Works great with both my 2018 MacBook Pro and my Surface Go. No problems driving arbitrary projectors in conference rooms on the go.

The product worked fine for a couple of months but then stopped working. I discovered that the innards separated from the case became completely unusable. I do not recommend this product. It's too bad because it has all the ports I need for my 2018 MacBook Pro. I guess I'll stick with the more expensive Apple product.

Does not support dual monitor setup will be returning..

As soon as the warranty was over it died. I have a dell XPS-13 (2017) and worked great for the first few months. Easy to plug in, all the ports worked. Then sunddenlly when putting it in, it freezes my pc. Tried other usb multi-adapters - they work, but this one didnt. Tried other machines, does the same thing.

Exactly the wrong configuration. Is so annoying to use but will do the job if the stars on your horoscopes are properly align.

This product was great, but then it randomly stopped working after 4 months. (the window for product support is 3 months)

En teoría sonaba como el hub ideal para mi nuevo iPad Pro, pero el adaptador estaba defectuso. Nunca salió el audio ni por la salida HDMI ni tampoco por la salida 3.5 para audífonos. Contacté al vendedor para hacérselo saber y nunca se digno a contestarme. Por eso mejor lo regresé y pedí reembolso.
