AMSBURG Vintage Plain Anchor Classic PU Leather Notebook Diary with Zipper Pocket (Brown)

I liked that this, a popular planner type i. e. A traveller's notebook, product is made in India and available at a great price. It is well made and the additional items, 2 notebooks, 2 storage sheets, a charm included are simply value for money. It can be improved and made into a top product with a few improvements like cover color options and more holding capacity.

Over the past 15 years , I have several types of planners/ organizers from a simple note book to 3 ring binder with year at glance, month at glance, week at glance, sketch papers, note papers pen holder etc. ..I finally decided to give TN with an option of keeping multiple books with functions independent of each other ...I wasn't sure how long would this system works..so bought the cheapest one ..it is gorgeous..better than what is shown in the pic..even the original Midori doesn't have this beautiful rust shade .Insert sizes are 105 mm X 190mmI made two inserts of my own ( 105mm X 190mm) from the notebook/ sketch book paper that I use on a daily basis which can handle light watercolor.Ruled insert for notes, squared ruled insert for year, month and week schedule, Kraft and multi paper insert for sketching / water colorAnd stuffed the TN to the brim with my watercolor paints , pens, brush pen etc...also use the zipper pouch as wallet ..It is totally worth the money....everyone should have it..Update after using it for two months and having 5 inserts:If you have more than two inserts / books, they tend to shuffle up and down as all the inserts are held by single cord that also closes the cover..Two ways to deal with this :1. To cut the elastic cord and use one for holding the inserts and second piece to tie the book..lot of YouTube videos available.2.. the way I use it is to put paper clips between the covers of inserts so all of them are held together neatly and it is very easy to open them..I don't decorate my inserts or have dash boards so I am okay..I didn't want to cut the band because the finishing is very good..This is little smaller than tradition regular Midori and fits perfectly in my hand bag ...

Cute! Received it today. Just loved it. Its exactly what is shown in the picture. Only if pen was attached to it i would have rate it 5 star. Otherwise its just as I expected. Useful to pen down day to day notes. And also to store imp. documents specially while travelling.

Feels like a real travel journal.Beautifully crafted one.Only demerit it is not made of pure leather and no colour choice.
