I NEED TO BE ABLE TO HEAR DIRECTIONS
I hate it! Trying to cancel forever. I bought this phone so I could just listen for directions if needed when driving! I don’t text or take calls when driving but there are times when I need directions! It is much safer for me to just lay the phone in the passenger seat & listen while I drive than to be fumbling around trying to read handwritten directions!!! Fix it whee I can get directions when driving & I will be your greatest supporter! Now, you can send me directions on how to cancel your service until you can fix that problem & we will all be happier! Thank you!
