I used this for only 2 weeks and even with the spacers in tack it started to loosen up every time. I had to keep tighten it up; until finally it just stop tightening up. So now I can't use it anymore. Not impressed.UPDATE: A rep from the company directly reached out to me and has agreed to send another key chain organizer directly from their warehouse. Extremely professional and great service.

I read some bad reviews and i guess i understand why people are complaining. You need to know how to use this key holders. You can easily tighten the screw with your finger nail. I tighten it after every two uses. Have never had my keys fall out. Its obvious this thing will get loose with continued use. The point of the product it to keep your keys organized in a compact and stylish manner. I would buy again considering this is cheaper than the other higher end products and it performs just the same. No difference between this and orbit key in functionality.

I have been using this thing for over a year now, I keep all my work keys on it. So it gets a lot of use throughout the day, it hasnt popped open on me even once! I do find that the scree gets loose, but I just twist it back tight with my fingers. Could not recommend it more!

It looks great and does keep your keys organized....for a while. First the screw holding it together started coming apart after about a week or two of use...then the clip completely broke a week or two after that.Now my keys are just on a big ring because I got tired of bending to the floor to pick up all the keys that went flying.Btw I work at a bank not a construction site, this wasn't seeing heavy duty use.

I previously reviewed this item twice, once saying it was bad, then another praising how fantastic the customer service is. My first one fell apart, again and again, and the customer service department reached out to me and offered to send me a new, higher quality one. I get it, it seems nice, I'm thrilled with the service, but then...it keeps coming unscrewed. I have been fighting this keychain for months; tonight it fell apart so far that I can't even FIND the screw that holds it together. I'm lucky I didn't lose my keys all together. The idea of the product is great, but it simply does not work. In short, great customer service, but terrible product.

Honestly, I am very pleased with this product. It’s very easy to assemble and can fit 6-10 keys as it comes with extra middle attachments. It’s very good for people who want to look minimalistic and just a very good key organizer at low cost. I will probably do an update review for the leather itself in a couple months but so far I am very pleased!

Received key organizer today. Especially interested to determine if product is genuine leather and stainless steel as seller claims. The quality looks good. The stitching is neat and attractive.However, I can say without a doubt the strap is a man-made product, even the ‘hide-symbol badge’ which should be imprinted with the words “genuine leather” shows a woven fabric on the reverse. No tell-tale scent of leather, either. The band is edged in vinyl, where you would usually see the brown of the natural leather or a painted edge.I will use the product for a month and report back as to whether, or not, the metal pieces are stainless, or chrome-plated.

I like the fact that it keep my keys contained so I don't have to worry about it scratching my phone but I am constantly having to tighten it again. I can't figure out why.Update:Their customer service is on point 👌after reading my review they reached out and sent me another one. Turns out my screw must've been a bit wonky because the new one is TIGHT.
