nice look and works as described ,suitable for 15x15 feet room ,takes maximum 10 mnts. to warm the room ,works sound less ,plays duel role room heater and show piece as well,satisfied with performance

A very nice buy
The media could not be loaded. Bought this awesome electric fireplace and it has been the centre of attraction in my house. It's effective in a small room ,and heats up well. The 7 different flame options is the best thing.

Respect the clearances advised for effective functioning .
It is working fine . It is easy to move as light . Regrettably the cord is a bit short and if you do not have a 15 amp. plug point with good wiring and earthing near where you want to use it you have to use an extension cord . Make sure it is a good 15 amp. rated one of the right length to avoid over heating of the cord and plug etc . Remote takes some getting used to .

Worth every penny I spent.
I love this electric heater.It looks amazing.The Led flames look so real that it is hard to believe they are just lights and not fire burning.Go for it .By the way the heating too is good.

It's no way u can hang this product to wall
Product is good, no warranty, no mention of how to and where get it serviced despite Indian product.U need put ur brain how to fix it in woodey frame work as free standing as itself liable to fall and risk of broken glass

Not wall mountable
the product is good , price is on the expensive side though but it's not mountable on the wall as they have mentioned.Back side it's flat with no holes or wall mountable option. You'll have to make a wooden box surround and then mount it to the wall or keep it on the floor, either ways you'll have to spend extra 4-5k. I have called the company's installation number and he told me the same thing. What a mess with such a beautiful product , all they had to do was carve to extra holes on the back or provide a sturdy hook attached. Now there's no option
