Trench style rain coat
Great rain coat, bought for a friend that walks every day rain or shine, he is 6' 4" and it fit him nicely. My husband tried it on and he is 6'2" and it fit him nice too. I would say almost any one could wear this, even people under 6'. It is roomy for bulky sweater if needed, but doesn't look frumpy. It keeps you dry, we live in the northwest and we know rain.

Rain Slicks Jacket is the Best Slicker I've Found
My raincoat replaces a plastic rain jacket which repeatedly tore along the zipper and pocket lines, beginning with its third use. The Rain Slicks Jacket is lightweight and pliable so it's going to be very unlikely it will tear. I've worn it more than three times last Fall. I'm a 5'8 1/2" woman who works outdoors around the property and got tired to applying specialty tape to the old jacket. I bought size Large and am very pleased with the fit. The arms are long enough to partially or wholly cover work gloves, and the sleeves can be folded into cuffs, if desired. The hemline is just above my knees, so my pants keep dry, except for what hangs down over my boot tops. The Rain Slicks Jacket folds nicely for storage this Winter, something I appreciate, since the old plastic jacket was still and messy to fold and took up more space on the shelf. I'll be getting the new jacket out when Spring rains begin. It's too light for our Winter snows. Thanks for making a quality product.

Really like this. Good value for the price.
I have used this rain jacket twice now. I live in Amazon's home City where we have a lot of rain, and above normal this year. I walk my dog daily, rain or shine. The first test was during the day, on a rather warm, humid day for the PNW in Feb. It was rainy, varying from heavy to mist, in the mid 50's. I walked for about 4 miles through woods and trails, and sidewalks, up and down hills, So I worked up some sweatt. I had a sweatshirt on under the jacket. I ended up a bit damp, so was a bit concerned about the 'waterproof' part of this jacket. But figured it could very well be due to it's not exactly breathable material, although it does have venting under the arms. Tonight I gave it another test. It was raining fairly steadily, not pounding, but a good steady rain, with temps in the low 50's. I stayed on the street so wasn't working so hard that I sweated much. Had the same sweatshirt on underneath. After an hour I was dry as a bone. The jacket (XL) is roomy enough that I could easily wear my heavy jacket under it. I am a tall woman, yet the jacket comes down to just above my knees so kept my upper legs dry just fine. I will wear this when I go to our farm, while cleaning stalls, moving the horses around, feeding chickens. I think I'll be dry, although will need to see how tough the material is.

A raincoat that does what it's supposed to do!
I ordered two raincoats for my husband and I. I'm tall and he has big shoulders so I ordered way bigger than we needed since this may be worn in colder months when layers are used. Well, they're big! I got a large and an extra large (I'm usually a medium and my husband is usually a large). I also wanted bigger sizes for longer lengths in body and arms. Well I got the chance to use it the other day during a thunderstorm and yep, it kept me dry. It's well made and a few steps up from the cheapie ultra thin, easily ripped $8 emergency coats. I didn't want to spend $200 for us to have something waterproof so this was the next best thing. I'm going to order a medium tho since you can never have enough raincoats and it would look a bit better for me to wear out during a storm. It does make a little bit of a rustle sound when you move but it's not terrible. The inner part is lined with a bright yellow, almost rubbery lining which feels soft. The pockets are cool because when you put your hand inside, you can continue through to your jeans because of an opening at the top, and retrieve something without opening your coat, or you can go straight down and use a pocket in the raincoat. Pretty cool feature. I'd say it's well worth the money and think it will hold up for many years.

This is the rain coat I have been looking for many years!
It is exactly what I wanted! Light but big enough to cover me from head to below the knee. The material is soft and appears well made. I will be able to wear something warm/bulky even under if needed when I walk an hour on a beach or in the woods! ( I took medium and I am 5:4 about 120lbs (usually a small) and it is roomy but still perfect for me)

Heavy duty raincoat, stylish and absolutely water proof. Recommend!!!
This is the heavy duty rain coat. It is moderately heavy, but absolutely water proof!!!I always wear size S. Within shoulders and waist this coat is perfect, sleeves are a bit shorter but for my purposes (ride a bike no matter what) that fits perfectly. It is heavy enough to not wobble on a wind and light enough to carry all the time in a back-bag.The pockets have very convenient feature, they have a gap that allows you to reach a front pocket (for someone maybe back as well) without unzipping the main zipper, which is very nice.In addition, the main color of the coat is not magenta as picture shows, it is dark blue, I would say mostly black. If you will have any questions, do not hesitate to ask!

I expect it to be fantastic in snow too
Can't beat this for durability and purpose. It kept me bone dry while on my exercise walk in a steady rain! The fit is slightly big but you want it for winter when you wear a sweater or several layers under the raincoat. I expect it to be fantastic in snow too! Well worth the price!

Decent Quality But Seems To Be For XL People
I was looking for rain protection to take backpacking and decided to try thisĀ RAIN SLICKS Unisex Reversible Rain Coat Jacket Parka (Large) . It seems made out of strong and durable material and will last for many years of use. I am 5'10" and 165lbs. This jacket feels just huge on me. It does what its supposed to but could use smaller sizes. Because it's so big, it is also a bit needlessly bulky when folded or rolled up. Backpackers may find better options especially those with a smaller body.
