QUIET, POWERFUL, INNOVATIVE
A quiet, powerful Broadcast (Recording) PC is what I've been after for YEARS!!! I didn't know a PC like this existed. A Fanless PC (NO NOISE), and fast too... WOW!!! I didn't know this could be done. I always thought the cooler your PC ran, the better. So I just dealt with and created work-arounds for fan noise. I love the design & look as well. It looks like a car Boom Box amp from my youth. GOOD JOB KINGDEL!!! It's ready to go right out of the box. NO ISSUES, especially after following Kingdel's detailed Windows 10 Instructions.

Easy Peasy Setup
This computer, smaller than a cigar box, is truly plug and play. Well packaged and quick delivery. Open the box...plug it in...attach to monitor...attach USB mouse and keyboard...plug in speakers...and voila, this thing is running. Windows 10 loads in about 40 seconds. Windows updates loaded easily. I attached an external hard drive with no issues. No fan noise and the computer has stayed cool so far. The only thing is I would like to get the key for Win 10 so I can re-load, if necessary. Hey, I'm a 73 year old man. If I can get this small form factor computer running anyone can. Get one. The only question is how long will this Kingdel computer last? Only time will tell. Stay tuned!

Just Don’t....
At first it worked great. I decided to install an internal HDD, and bought a brand new WD HDD per the specs provided by kingdel. Tried installing it, and it wasn’t working. BIOS would not see it. After several wasted hours trying to figure out what was wrong, I decided to change out the SATA cable, even though the one provided in the box with the computer was brand new. Bingo - that was the problem. So, first issue - sent with a bad SATA cable, even though kingdel insisted everything had been tested. Right.... EVERY single component, including cables, of every single computer they sell is tested?? No way. So, we had a computer to use for a couple of weeks. Then one day, the computer just wouldn’t turn on, period. I made sure all cables and plugs were secure, I left it unplugged for a time and plugged back in, took it to a known working outlet, everything I could think of. So I contacted kingdel, and they told me to take out the motherboard battery to see if it was a static issue. I followed their instructions perfectly. That didn’t work. So then they said to replace the power supply. I did so, and voila - the computer had power again. So, strike 2 - power supply that the machine shipped with lasted 2 weeks. Ok, so now I had power back, and even got kingdel to reimburse me for the power supply I had to buy. I thought, ok, good service, a couple of flukes, but now I’m set, right? NO. Since the power supply went out, I cannot get windows to finish installing on either the included SSD or the HDD I bought. The BIOS sees the drives, but if I install windows to the point where it hangs up and then shift-F10 to get the command prompt and then launch the device manager, there are VERY basic components that windows does not seem to recognize or have drivers for. For instance, the Bus Controller, and there are about 6 or 7 other basic components that are part of the motherboard that windows doesn’t recognize. WHY?? Well, after having 2 of my friends who are computer engineers look into it, they surmise that when the power supply went out, it knocked out some electronics on the motherboard, such that the drives themselves are seen, but the bus controller and other components are not working properly. So, I emailed kingdel, thoroughly frustrated at having to troubleshoot their BROKEN hardware for a month, and told them that the power supply had damaged the motherboard, and that I just want a full refund so I can buy something else. They told me I had to ship it to CHINA (wtf??) at MY OWN expense, when clearly when I bought it, it was shipped from a US warehouse, because it got here in one day right before Christmas. So I now have a BRICK for a computer, that I spent over $700 on, that worked 2 weeks, and a bunch of components went out, and my friends and I have all troubleshot for many hours, and now they want me to return this thing to them at MY expense?? To CHINA?? The shipping is going to cost me $80!! That’s more than 10% of what I paid for it originally! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They use cheap components and then make YOU pay for shipping when those components needs replacing.

Great fast machine. Some security and windows activation issues.
I give this Mini PC five stars for hardware and 3 stars for software and potential security.Pros:- PC makes zero noise. We put it to power a home theater streaming and it's fantastic for this purpose- PC is cool under normal load. Under full load it gets quite hot to touch, but CPU temps never went above 60'C.- Solid built, all ports accessible and lots of them.- Impressively fast CPU and HDD. Like really impressive speed.- Allows to install an extra HDD. Cables are provided, and all it takes is to unscrew the back cover.Cons:- PC came with Win 10Pro pre-activated for 'Kingdel' user with admin rights. User can't be deleted.- ZoneAlarm Firewall right upon installation started blocking outgoing packets to 180.76.5.18:8000. IP lookup shows it's a Baidu's server at "baiduspider-180-76-5-18.crawl.baidu.com" for w/e reason.- Blocking didn't stop pings showing up blocked in ZA logs, so I decided to skip the trouble weeding out any potential security issues and just returned Win10 to factory settings from MS's bootable ISO.- New installation went fine, all drivers installed on their own. But because the initial license was digital, there was no product code supplied with PC and I couldn't activate the windows upon restore completion. HDD doesn't have a restore partition. MS support was useless.Overall, this is a great little machine. If/when vendor fixes Windows/security issues I'll reconsider, but for the moment I had to return this back through Amazon.
