First of all I can't tell if it actually helps with hair loss. I use it for volume and it does a good job at it, I've tried so many volumizing products and this is the one I've repurchased multiple times. One of the downsides is that if you spray too close to your hair it turns hard to touch so you have to comb it out, there's no issue by spraying far away otherwise. The spray is not super fine but it works.
