H2O horrible at customer service, have been hung up on twice trying to get it reactivated.
I haven’t been able to use the camera bought and activated it, used it for 5 min. And didn’t use it again for 2 months, when I tried to use it H20 Cellular company deactivate the SIM card now I can’t use it at all. Because can’t get it reactivated after I paid 60 a month for service. Probably easier to build your on on the network you want, no help from either side. Called the support number number and the said I had to purchase more time and still have a 1500 camera that is useless.
