Need to change their pipes / don’t offer pipes along with the product
I am ok with product but the pipes which they are giving along with product quality is poor we can get petter quality pipes in local market not as per the standardsI bought pipes sapertely from local vendor

Very worst product not good for the durability the life. The within 6 month in the water leak to be observed on the product the service also not supported this product last 2 months not response .

It iw sub standard product. Thermal is very less effective. Unable yo understand how the product got five star rating. Plz do something.

Sorry to say, Total dissatisfaction not enclosed with kit. We purchased this on 18-10-2018, only opened the box today i.e.,, 28-10-2020. There is no kit inside.zero rating

Vary bad product iam purchased 6litre water heater candles, only using 4times then giving trouble not warming water ,indicater glows green but water is cold.iam vary feel don't take in online.

Indicator light is not working, I am sure that retailer has given me an buggy geyser. I came to know this after I installed which means I have already paid installation charges
