Candes Electric Water Heater, 10 L (Ivory)

Initial impression:Good product, I gotta 10 ltrs, it is fully automatic, heats up 10 ltrs in 10 to 15 mins time and automatically turns off. Overall very good product for this price.Update after 5 years of use:Heating coil was damage due to salt water got it changed by a local engineer for rs 1600 and post that auto cut off switch was burnt got it changed for rs 150So, decision is your on the product.

Worst product, people should avoid buying from this cheap local company.After Every 3-4 months it created issue. Till it's in warranty then within a week company can get it repaired but once this warranty period is over then they will charge around 500 service charge plus parts that total will be around new geyser price. During warranty they will install fake parts so just after warranty that part will create issue and then they will recover all the money invested during warranty time repairs. Believe me it's waste of your money.

The media could not be loaded.  I disliked this geyser because on installing, electric current is coming from water and also when I touch the tape to release water, a electric current is felt.I called customer care with Vedanta manufacturer to replace this geyser , I have been advised to get repaired from locally because due to COVID-19, their service is not available with Hyderabad and told me that they will paid the amount whatever may be. I shown to geyser mechanic, he replaced thermoplate and filament and charged Rs 1350/- including their service charges. I sent the bill through WhatsApp screen short to pay the bill. But they have neither paid so far nor any response given.Now I have been forced to file a case with consumer court against the product.

Though there is a lot of negative review, I took the risk to order the item. Arrived in perfect condition. Installation need anchor bolts 4 nos. Otherwise Long screw with big washer can be used. Item is working as expected. Recommended product. If you are not unlucky its a very value for money product. Tank is SS304 and coil is copper.

After a month gyser starts leaking... Not satisfied

The product is under warranty. The product is not working for last one week. Where & whom should I contact for servicing or replacement?

Too good water geyser. Stunning looks. ABS body. Lightweight, perfect price. Working absolutely fine. A must have item.

With in one month water leaking started from geyser...there is no service center in Hyderabad...so buying of this brande is waste of money....friends...I contact customer care also...no use of that also...
