The geyser looks good. Looks durable and long lasting with the built quality. Although it came with the installation kit, I had to call a plumber to get the unit installed. It would be better if they offered installation as well.Light weight, gets water heated in about 15 mins. And the color was nice and matches my bathroom color.Edited: Oct 10thThe water heater started leaking from the bottom near the outlet hose. I called their customer service number and they said that they do not provide on site service outside Delhi area. So, I have to get a technician at my home from outside and then he will disassemble the tank from inside the water heater and then I have to courier it all the way to Delhi to get a replacement. Oh by the way, they do not pay for the courier charges. They will only pay 200 -250 Rs only in the name of technician charges.PATHETIC SERVICE AND I SHOULD HAVE WENT WITH OTHER REVIEWS WHEN I BOUGHT IT. The courier reached them in around a week. They said that they will send the inner tank back to us as soon as they receive the tank. So, I called them and they kept saying that they have already sent the tank via courier. When I asked them for the tracking number, they said that they will send on my Whatsapp after searching the number. This happened 3-4 times and every time they did not share the tracking number. Around last Thursday, 31st October, I called them again and they said that there was some mistake and they have sent the courier now to me. So, they were lying all this time and it was only after repeated pressure from my side that they had to send me the new tank. Today (5th November) I called them after repeated attempts and asked them to share the number. They said that they have sent the courier yesterday, November 4, evening. The tracking number they shared did not have any tracking details when I checked. I called DTDC courier and they said there are no details about the courier right now and cannot help and should check with the sender of the courier. I talked to these B******S, AGAIN, and told them about this and all they said was the courier was sent yesterday evening and I should wait.This whole process from beginning to end has left me with so much frustration that I have promised myself never to order things which are heavy duty nature like TV, Fridge, etc, in short, which are big in size and money wise.This is my word to everyone who is looking to buy things from this seller , VEDANTA ELECTRICALS PVT LTD,DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!I would have used if there were any bigger fonts available. If you want to go through the worse then you should buy from this seller. I will soon complain Amazon for this and see what actions they can take against this seller.

After installation, we feel electricity shock in inlet and outlet pipes. I called electrician for checking. He after checked all connections, stated there is no problem in connections. Problem is in internal parts of the heater. So please I need assistance from Candes. Please send your representative to resolve the electrical problem

You just don't believe 10ltr capacity water heater with 5star rating will be available in this price band it's morethen enough expected given 4star because waiting for my electricity bill

The geyser stopped working after 15 days. The electric coil and thermostat when removed seemed old, the product seems an old packaged as new. Amazon, please take note and blaclkist the dealer/maker. Thank you.

6 Mar 2020Very pathetic customer service from Vedanta Electricals. Within 6 months I bought this product, thermostat has failed. I contacted customer service of Vedanta via WhatsApp and provide Invoice copy to them as they requested. There no reply thereon from them even after 1 month that initially raised complaint.I don't think any one wait for months to get geyser to get repaired.So warranty they provided os for nothing. I had get this repaired with local electrician who charged me Rs 1500. Toatal I spent 2000 after buying this (500 for initial installation +1500 now), my total product cost gone more than 5000.I would have bought better branded product with high reliability and better customer service.31 May 2020:It stopped working again. I had to call their customer service, again as usual nonreaponse from them. As of date I have spent 2000Rs after buying this product. Yet again another 2000Rs. Dont buy this. I would suggest you to buy better branded ones. These guys never cares after sales.

Dont buy this Candes products because:Not working after 10 months usage, No customer care,1 year warranty became useless. We bought on 17.02.2019Our Electrician told that Short-Circuit is happening in Water Heater, call customer care, I am trying to customer care provided in the Amezon, but it is saying invalid number Customer Care No. +91 9310217042 after giving 30 min music.

Nice product i seriously want to buy 25 ltr but by mistake i bought this and when i try to cancel its shows no guarantee to cancellation and i have not enough time sSo. If you try to workout on cancellation think and main which is i wrote so it will be helpfull for all very quickly

I was skeptical at first to buy this as it is not a top brand. I ahve used it now for a year and there is no complain at all. I have a bajaj gyser in my other bathroom and i find no difference in them in use.It came with all fitting matrial also which is plus as i was able to install it myself with help of a drill. This saved another 500 🙂
