Purchased in Sept 2018. gave 4 * (star ) in initial review as seller contacted directly with all help & clarifications. However, product didn't work much & in April 2019, stopped working. I visited seller website somehow got e-mail address. Put-in a request. No response. Managed phone nos. - called. Recd. whatsapp msg providing a persons' mobile no. Upon contact, I was provided another no. After great persuasion now am advised to courrier the product back to seller as OZON tube may have been exhausted. Well, overall it will cost me as if buying a new product. Don't buy.

This product is not useful. This product is failed in removing pesticides on grapes ater 30 minutes. Don't buy this product, it's wastage of time and money

I used it for 1 month, indoor and outdoor both places but it is very effective and strong as per hour ozone output so I started using it out door or open place,in room area it need to close room while using and some time after switch it off otherwise ozone smells and inhale in so I think it is safe for outdoor use only.

I am using it for my Organic Food retail unit HELLO GREEN & it's really worth buying.

I have been using this for over a week. Good sturdy build. Works great so far.
