All things considered: You get what you pay for!
Yes indeed, you get what you pay for - in terms of both quality and software.First of all: If you need an affordable projector for your home theater, this might be a good choice. It has a solid and clear picture quality, its lens is to some degree adjustable, is handy, easy to install. The picture brightness is really good when it is night or dark, but you can't really see a lot during the - even if you have a room that does not have a lot of sunlight. The sound quality of the speakers is actually decent; it lacks a little in base tones but if you don't have any other speakers, it will do. We connected our Bose bluetooth speaker to it which worked nicely. The weak point of the projector is its software. The projector runs with Android 6.0 (2015) and cannot be updated. That said, it always wants to update the apps that are preinstalled (like Netflix), but you cannot actually update them because they are not compatible anymore. Also, when you open the apps, it sometimes does not give you the full screen. The HBO app, for example, just shows me the upper left quarter of the whole screen - and you can't scroll to see the other parts of the main page. I failed to log into my HBO account. That is frustrating! And it happens with other apps as well (Netflix, for example. Once you found out how to deal with Netflix, you will be able to enjoy the videos).Another issue is the wireless connectivity. You are able to connect with a Mac, but since it does not allow you to play any video from iTunes, it only helps you if you have a DVD player or if you want to do a presentation. All in all: It is a little frustrating because if there is one thing that you would want to expect from a projector is that its software runs smoothly and without hassle. I would have been happier with a less decent sound system if I got a good updated version of the android software. Otherwise: if you watch Netflix or youtube or have a presentation, it works like a projector should work.

It has an Android Variant OS on it and projects well! Excellent buy if you have kids!
I was looking to replace the ZTE SPRO2 for our kids that is acting up lately. This device works impressively well for the price. If this manufacturer adds auto focus, USB C, and another USB Power, it would rival anything under $500. This projector has a very unique, hard to find feature. It has Android (well an offshoot of) internally! This is not well stated in the products title and should be made more clear. Despite the other cons, based on my kids needs, this feature alone places it firmly at the 5 star level for me. The brightness, clarity, and controllers incredible performance were the icing on the cake.Pros:-Impressed with brightness and clarity-Tilt/Keystone works great-Love the mouse/cursor ability in controller-Netflix and Prime Video come on the device-Easy access to other devices on your network-Turns on and loads Android OS variant incredibly fastCons:-Single USB with power is taken by USB dingle for controller-Not able to charge via battery bank due to non USB standard power plug-Unhappy with the multi language interface.-Focus ring sticks when projector is sitting the right way, tilting it upward or holding upside down and it moves freely.-APKs I have tried for VUDU and other common apps have not yet worked. Each of these worked for a tablet I have on Android 6 as well as an Android 7 phone, so should have worked on thos unit.-Would like to see some sort of certification that the OS is secure, given it is a heavily modeled Android variant.

very good value
I recently purchased the ERISAN Projector Video Home TV Theater,an LED projector (220 Lumen, 1080P HD) projector that runs Android. The projector arrived very shortly after the order, and was packaged well.In the box is the projector, remote control, power cord, video/audio cable, and a short manual. (For shipping reasons, it did not comewith the two AAA batteries needed for the remote control ... but I usuallyinstall my own anyway, so this wasn't a problem.)I setup the projector easily, and without needing to refer to the manual. In my test environment, I used a very inexpensive screen.Turning it on, one sees the home screen (see photos ... you can tell I'm not a professional photographer). The remote control has a 'mouse' button ... pressing it brings up a mousepointer on the screen, allowing you to select/tap on the screen.I found the mouse fairly frequently moving off the screen, but that mayhave been due to the screen being 4' from the projector (at a larger distance, minor hand movements would translate to smaller mouse movements). However, when that happened, I was able to get the mouse back on thescreen easily.I tested projecting about 40 inches and about 15 feet ... the room wasnot completely darkened (daylight came in one window), but the picturewas quite readable.Playing a YouTube music video, I did not notice the fan. When nothingwas playing, I was conscious of the fan, but it is fairly quiet.I tried the included browser, and was able to navigate to one ofmy own web pages and download an APK (Android application) of my own.(I did have trouble saving it in memory ... I encountered an Androidpermissions problem which I never resolved.)Overall, I was very impressed ... for the price, it's an excellent buy, delivering very good video with a good ease-of-use.Cons: - the projector has only a single adjustable leveling legPros: - easy keystone correction (if the image is trapezoid instead of rectangular because your screen isn't perpendicular to the lens) - easy zoom/focus adjustment - nearly instant on/off - intuitive controls - very good price - Android 6.0 - Google PlaySummary: a nice, inexpensive projector for home (or small office) use!
