Rack It Up Long Bookshelf Wall Pot Rack with 12 hooks, Steel Gray Hammertone

First off, it came late and in its original box that was taped up and ripped open, not in a normal Amazon box or even fed ex package or wrapped. It was A little difficult to put together because the instructions and picture that labeled the pieces were really small and hard to read/figure out. Some of the pieces were bent but easily repositioned, I figure that's because of the way it arrived and not in a shipping box. The pieces inside weren't in the original plastic but wrapped in Saran Wrap, even the hardware. It was as though I received what someone already returned and they repackaged it. I'm happy that all the pieces were there surprisingly. For the finished product it looks great up on the wall. I really like it and it freed up a whole shelf in our pantry.

I have had this potholder for aa month and still can not get it assembled. The instructions are horrible and the picture on the instructions is reductions. I had to enlarge the picture just to see what they were trying to show . They make no sense at all. I have assembled lots and lots of put together items but this one takes the cake! The product looks great but that doesn't matter if I can not get it together.

Am using this as a place to hang house plants in front of my window, and it works out great! Strong, easy to install and attractive. Holds several plants and is flexible enough to move them around as needed. Also put a decorative pot on the shelf to add to the look. Easy enough to install using the special fasteners included.

The assembly directions to this are HORRIBLE!!! I had 2 people who have put together many wall mounted items including an Enclume potrack unit but this was a disaster! After several failed attempts and holes in the wall, I will either hire a handyman to do it or return it. Not worth the frustration or effort.

A great buy ... arrived on time as promised, was what was described and shown.Easy to install (directions not withstanding!) and best of all, my bride of decades, was pleased.

We love this rack, bought extra hooks. We currently have 9 skillets and other cooking accessories hanging from it. We also put cook books and other decor items on top...looks great!

Bought it as a gift for someone...they absolutely love it and no problems so far. Easy to put it together and durable.
