Wierdness for the sake of wierdness
I don't do drugs, so I was more fully able to trip out on the visual ztimulation and retina mutation that is a paper rad video. Wow. Not for the weak-stomached. Energy mind trip nightmare video game. I wish paper rad never was born.

I don't do drugs and I love this
A hypnotic, jubilant, meditative, charming, totally original creation that somehow manages to be nostalgic and futuristic and "present/of its own time" all at once. It's like watching a universe that is also a living organism that is also many rooms of organisms that is also a singular voice. I look at all the chapters as parts of a body, kind of. I don't think my review makes sense. I watched this DVD a few times in 2007 and again on youtube recently. It makes me laugh and think about "heady stuff" too. One of my favorite things about it is how my mind, like, tries to form a narrative around everything, and then is sometimes rewarded by characters making self-aware remarks on the "narrative-less-ness." It feels like a hug. Yeah. Watching this feels just like...a hug and a high five from your best friend who you haven't talked to in a long time.
