Worked perfectly with Vista 20P and Control4
Purchased this to integrate my home alarm system into Control4. It worked great for this, and was straightforward to install! Perfect!

Works as expected!
This module allows an automation system to work with various home automation solution like Control4, Crestron, etc. I have used this module on many previous system installations and it works great. The price from the vendor on Amazon is literally $25 less than the price I can buy it though ADI distribution so if you need this module, buy it from Amazon.

Great for interfacing to Lutron Radio RA2 lighting system
Works great to interface our Vista 20P panel with our Lutron Radio RA2 whole home lighting system. Now, when an alarm goes off, all the lights in the house go on as well as flash the exterior lights. A little complicated to hook up only because I think the instructions for integrating the two may have had transmit/receive swapped (or I swapped them when making a cable) and the idiot light indicator information is extremely limited. But once that was figured out, works beautifully.

A bit tricky to wire, but works perfectly once setup...
It took me a while to work out the wiring. Since there's no breakout for the serial line activity, you have to guess at the wiring pinouts (standard vs null modem). In my case, I didn't get the wiring tightened up enough at first, so no signal was getting through the serial lines. Once I got everything wired up correctly and the panel programmed, everything has been rock solid.
