Pure By Nature One-Daily Multi-Vitamin for Women, 60 Count

So the biggest problem I had with daily vitamins was not eating enough. It usually resulted with nausea and headaches for me (cause of the B vitamin in the pills). Im not a big breakfast eater in the mornings. Its usually a rush out the door. Typically, id have a slice a toast and a piece a fruit with coffee and water.What was great about these, was i was still able to eat minimally AND take these without any side effects. I still get my nutrients and can go about my day without worry. Would buy again

I have purchased this multivitamin and mineral from Amazon pantry because I like this product a lot and it wasn't available from regular Amazon. I like the quality of the product, but I didn't like paying for shipping.

I love that this comes in a capsule form for easy opening to add to my feeding tube during medication time. The folate is methylated and not synthetic folic acid, that's difficult to find. I also have a genetic mutation, compound heterozygous MTHFR. This meythl folate helps me to absorb the folate/iron/b12/vit C from foods and other macro and micro nutrients I need to balance my Malabsorption.

I have liked these! I use them everyday no issues! Great price I would definitely recommend

These are huge gel capsules and they SMELL terrible. I think I'll throw them away.

Has all the vitamins you need, the veggie capsule is nice
