After spending time and money finally came across this earpiece which works perfectly for me

Due to recent law changes in Iowa, it was imperative that I purchase each of us in the household a hands-free set - like this bluetooth headset. I gave this particular one to my roommate. He really likes it! He has an 80 mile commute every day - and since we received this in the mail, he has used it every single day. He has commented that it is unobtrusive - not big and bulky like some bluetooth headsets. Also, he shared that it is comfortable - and likes that it came with extra parts for the headset. He uses an iPhone 8+; it paired easily. No issues with background noise and stays charged. Overall, very pleased with this purchase!

So, you get a nice headset with multiple earpieces and 2 ear holder attachments. I am one out of the return window and BOTH ear piece holder have broken. Now, I cannot return and I must go buy a new headset because of terrible quality. I would NOT recommend. Save your money and get something that will last.***Update: 8/21/18After being very frustrated and posting this review, the seller immediately reached out and asked how they could rectify the issue. I was surprised but very grateful for their willingness to help. Even though my initial experience was negative, the customer service shown by this seller to support their product has definitely been better than most other experiences I have had. As I mentioned in the original post, the sound quality was very good and the only drawback was the ear support. The seller gave great support so I would now recommend this because of there willingness to help

It’s pretty light. It comes with other ear pieces to change out depending on you’re size of the ear. I drive semi trucks so I used it a lot. The battery is a decent lasting. It just loses connection when you step away from you’re phone. Even if it’s like couple feet. Other then that product is good. I would recommend it to other people. It’s cheap and good!

I never write reviews, but I felt like this product was a great value! I didn't expect it to work so well. I can leave my phone upstairs and it still stays connected downstairs. I paid over $100 for the Sliver ii and I bought this one as a quick replacement. It works just a good! If not better.

I have used a motorola headset for years and lost it. This one fits better. I like it very much, but....your instruction manual is almost useless...hard to read...print too tiny...and the print is on gray paper. I even used a super duper magnifying glass finally. These instructions would be hard for an older adult who has never used a bluetooth. I figured it out on my own. I started to use their online support, but I could see that I was going to jump leaps and bounds to fill out a form to go onto the site. Ironically, it is easy to set up...you just need to show it on your instruction sheet better.

Instructions are almost useless. Nothing but pictures. Nowhere in the instructions do they tell you what the "code" is to allow it to attach to your phone. Once attached, it is constantly switching from "connected" to "disconnected." However, if you make a call while it is connected, it stays connected until you end your call. Unfortunately, if you receive a call during the period that it is disconnected, it does not connect. Under "moderate" noise levels, it is nearly impossible to hear.
