I don't have cramps in my legs every night, sometimes a couple of times a week, other times over a week in between. Once in a while I will have them every day for a week. For those reasons I don't use prior to bed every night. The day my 3 pack arrived, I was very apprehensive, having seen a number of reviews claiming the product was useless. As many medications have no effect on me, I was concerned. That night, I was woken up with severe cramping in my left calf. I went into the bathroom where i had already removed the seal from the first bottle. I shook it up, and sprayed it on my leg, then started rubbing it in. The excruciating pain was gone in less than 30 seconds. The same thing happened the second and third time I used it. After suffering from leg cramps for years, I am no longer worried about that pain keeping me up for hours through the night.

Excellent product. Ordered single unit, loved it. Ordered 3 pack; received single unit. Tried to contact Amazon, impossible. Contacted Avadim Technologies, they couldn't help due to third party order (Amazon). Left reviews everywhere in hopes someone could help with the other two units I had been charged for. Received 2 more units approximately a week later, no explanation. All is good. Again, excellent product. Thanks to whoever helped complete my order. Product is a ten!

I suffer from cramping all over my body - mostly at night. I get these painful cramps in my inner thighs, which has to be worse than giving birth. Seriously, they are that painful and difficult to work out.The day I received the Theraworx in the mail I had been having some muscle constriction in my inner thighs so I knew I'd have cramps that night. Before going to bed I shook the bottle, sprayed it on my thighs and calves, rubbed it in and repeated the process. As soon as I lay down in bed I got a cramp in my upper torso. I got out of bed and shook, sprayed and rubbed at least 4 times, to no avail. It just didn't work. I finally did what I normally do and turned on the heating pad. After applying heat it started to feel better immediately and went away fast. I was hoping that because I put the spray on my legs before the cramping that I wouldn't experience any cramping there.Fast forward to 1:30 am and I awoke with a cramp in my left inner thigh. Before I could get out of bed, my right thigh cramped up. The bottle of Theraworx was right by the bed so I shook, sprayed and rubbed twice more. Nothing. Even waited a minute to see if it would at least diminish, and nope. Turned on the heating pad and waited for it to heat up while writhing in pain. In fact, the pain seemed worse than normal. Just as I was getting back into bed I realized my hands were itching. I had forgotten to wash them off like I did earlier and they were red with welts on them.Something none of the reviews I read touched on was the horrible smell of this stuff. Like burnt vitamins. I got up early this morning to shower because I shower at night so I can sleep longer in the morning, but couldn't go to work smelling this awful.The ingredients start out with water. I don't believe there's enough of the magnesium in it to be helpful. It didn't help me and after reading the reviews I was so convinced it would that I bought three bottles of it. Yeah, they're all going back.

I would've given this a review of five stars, but I originally purchased a single bottle of this product and it was in a foam pump. When I found out how well it worked, I wanted to save some money so I ordered the 3 bottles. Only problem is that I didn't realize that I didn't realize that this product came in two different forms. I unknowingly ordered the spray pump, not the foam pump. I must say, I like the foam a lot better. I only have to pump the ball a couple of times instead of six or eight to get the required quantity on to my muscles. With someone like me, that has fibromyalgia, arthritis and Neuropathy, it becomes difficult to do.

I have used Theraworx for years and it is a good product that delivers what it promises. You apply the foam to your legs, etc. and it provides relief from cramping. I mistakenly ordered the spray this time. This distributor has covered up the expiration date and there is no telling when the effective date of this product expired. I now have 3 cans of expensive useless stuff. Since I had some on hand, I didn't try to use this batch until recently. My "window" for returns has passed. Amazon should review this distributor!

I bought a bottle a while back because I was waking every night with terrible cramps in my feet. My doctor told me to take Magnisium subliments but that didn't really help much. I got that first bottle and after a few days I was sleeping through the night with no pains. I then ordered the 3 pack to make sure I never run out. I've seen reviews that it didn't work for some people but it REALLY helped me!

This Stuff is great.... I use it any time I need to drive more than an hour, apply on feet and legs. No cramps and my legs fell much more rested when I get where I'm going. Also use at night and am free of night time leg and foot cramps.

The foam seems to be more helpful. THe spray was aggravating. The foam just goes into the palm of your hand and rubs on. The spray has to go on your legs and feet and if you have difficulty bending down that far or trying to angle the spray to hit your legs, it just didn't work. Spraying my hands didn't work either. Get the foam for minor feet and leg cramps, but you have to use at least two applications for it to help. Neither of them helped my deep leg cramps at night.

I will keep on ordering this product. I have muscle spasms. The large muscle in the back of the upper thigh, hamstring, is a very painful muscle spasm. I get them from time to time, it makes me sick to my stomach when it happens because of the pain. Well when I first tried this it during the spasm, it cut the duration of the spasm . I put it on if I feel it coming on and it helps tremedously. So at night I put it on my legs before I go to sleep. And it works. So glad to because usually they occur in the middle of the night for some reason. I highly recommend. Have told a few people about this and actually picked some up for them. They agree with me. Highly recommend

My husband gets horrible night leg cramps. After especially hard physical activity, he will spray and rub in right at bedtime. I've noticed he's not cramping as much nor as severely. open the packaging immediately, we've had a few bottles leak from being on their side.

I bought this for my dad who suffers from bad leg cramps. The first time he used it, he slept throughout the night.
