Excellent package. Sturdy look. Seems to be perfect. And charging at fast rate too.Just returned Amazon Basic Cable aftr 6 months of use. Lets hope this will last.Icing on the cake is 12+6 months warranty.Updating this after 5 months of use: cable performed really well, stopped working suddenly, after due request to the company, they happily refunded the money. Only thing is they are to be contacted on whatasapp and invoice, video of cable not working well and pic of destructed cable should be sent before they approve your refund request.Still, Customer service is great.. Much satisfied with product and service

The product itself is decent. It worked ok for the first few months , however then it started giving me trouble.The worst part is that I tried to contact the company but there has been no reply whatsoever, however they replied and asked me to cut the wire and send pictures. After sending the picture they said it’s physical damage and then no reply. So Istrongly recommend to stay away from this product. The product and the company both are cheap.

I have just received this product and this review is written totally on the first impressions i might update the review after proper useage of the product.The unboxing experience is so good at this price point (₹231) it was better than my expectations the cable is made up of a good quality rubber the lightning port is gold plated and it seems to be a good quality cable.The update is the cable is good in the beginning but it stops working after months and its not my first experience I purchased this cable again when I the first one stopped working and i got the refund from Affix as quick as possible but even the second cable stopped working after use of few months.To be honest i trust this company alot and the after sales service is the best I ever experienced they are fast, smooth and on their word.When you invest money in this cabel its safe and they will refund for sure if their product turns out to be faulty.So its on you if you want to try using their cable you can go for it theirs no lose in it because they will provide refund if it doesn’t work.

I ordered the iPhone charging cable, it looked sturdy and worked well for about a month (it stopped working in a month). Disappointed, i reached out to the AFFIX team with the complaint. I wasn't sure if I could get a response and cables not working properly is so common for most brands. However, the response was fantastic and super fast. The customer service team was very cordial and quickly issued the refund. I appreciate their customer centric approach !

Cable quality is good, however it takes hours to completely charge.

I was very excited to purchase your product, but my experience has turned out very poorly, The product I've purchased on 29th of August after a week stop working then i request for exchange rceived on 14th September but unfortunately the cable is not survied a week now I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with your product in hopes you can help remedy the situation.

Good backup lightning cable, doing its job just fine charging and data sync works well with iPhone 5S and 6S.Cable has Good thickness for the price and has proper neck support at the end which is good and the manufacturer promises moneyback if something goes wrong, so lets see how it goes so far so good when it comes to electronics no one can give 100% guarantee in short time usage. So reserving a star for long term review.08/10/2018 Update:Purchased one more lightning cable after my default cable failed 2 days before (Original white apple cable was my main), so now i have two Affix lightning cable as main and backup so far so good and solid. I still reserve 1 star to check if both cables survive more than a year if it does then i would say this is probably the cheapest yet quality lightning cable available here also i have heard their after sales service is excellent so thats a good sign.Update 28 Sep 2019:One cable is completely dead and another one is working if we connect the mobile from one side flipping to other side wont detect the phone. Overall quality lasts just about one year so I reduced 2 stars from 4 stars. Invest in better quality lightning cable for reliability or buy this cheaper knowing that it will be dead within a year for short period usage.

I ordered the cable last month, cable looks good and durable. But after a few weeks it stopped working, i contacted the customer care through whatsapp they immediately refunded the entire about as they have customer satisfaction policy. They dint even take the old product back. As far as i have seen, none of the company who claims policies have ever fulfilled them but this company did it. Its nice to see honest companies like this, would love to order again.
