A good unfilled punchbag, mine was black with very strong supports for the bag chains with are stitched on the inside with D ring loops for the bag chains. Bag chains were also included. There is a zip at the top to allow the bag to be filled. Filling the bag yourself saves on the price and transport of a filled bag.I have owned several punch bags over the years both filled and unfilled, this time I filled mine with old clothing, the best way to do this is to cut the material to equal sizes and then build up layers in the bag. However this time I simply just placed the clothes scrunched up into the bag and pushed them down to fit. Which took less than ten minutes to do. I haven't weighed the bag but it is very compact and can easily deal with heavy blows. I chose to fill the bag lighter as I like a little swing in the bag and also as I use it outdoors it is easy to take down after use.I know that some people like to part fill or even fully fill their bags with sand, often silver sand for extra weight. I personally don't think it is needed at all and would advise against it but if you decide to do this then I very strongly advise that you first half fill the bag with old clothing. This stops the sand sagging to the bottom and developing a rock like feel. Place the silver sand into the plastic bag to about the size of a bag of sugar, it is worth using several plastic bags for each bag to make them really secure. Once you have several bags place them carefully into the middle of the bag until you get your desired weight. Fill the rest of the bag with clothing / rags really making sure they protect the bags of sand, so pack clothing rags tightly around the sand in the middle as you don't want the bags to split inside the bag from the force of punches. If the bag is too heavy or you decide to make lighter in the future simply unzip the top of the bag and individually take the plastic bags of sand out until you get the desired weight.Overall I am very happy with this punchbag and the service that I received.

My bag arrived this morning and it looks great. I filled it straight away with a tube of sand and gravel surrounded by mostly shredded, mixed fabrics I collected whilst waiting delivery. I hung it from my ceiling joist without any problems using a eye/hook purchased separately from Amazon. I've had a good session on it already and it performed great, i love it! The chains that arrive with the bag are good and strong and very easy to attach and the bag itself is made of very tough, hard wearing vinyl, it's stitched together well and I can see it lasting forever. I can't see any reason for any negative points but if any do arrise in the future which I highly doubt, I'll update my review as needed. Can't wait to get going on it again tomorrow.

Arrived promptly. Don't pay any attention to the negative comments. The punchbag is unfilled as stated, hence the cheap price of £19.99 and Free delivery. I emptied the filling from my previous worn punchbag to fill this one up. It didn't take long. This punchbag is an absolute bargain, it is made from a good durable pvc type and I'm sure it will last a long time despite the fact that I leave my bags out all year long hanging from a tree. The bag is waterproof, a very good texture and design and I'm delighted with my purchase.

Good bag unfortunately you must fill yourself but that's taken into account with price. Have this bag a while now and I gi hard on hiit routine while working it and it still holds up good .

Bag arrived promptly and in good order, good quality workmanship, stuffed it with old clothes, packing each layer down until full. Took a lot of material! Daughter is a beginner boxer so bag doesn't get hit that hard, but I hit it too sometimes and it doesn't bat an eye. Probably could take a bit more stuffing now, but as it's quite tall that doesn't matter much.

Easy to fill with old clothes and rags (boot sales have plenty if you don't). A bit of sand at the bottom/top can add a bit of weight.

I have this bag about 3 years and it’s still going strong. Filling it can be a bit of a pain but well worth it. Recommended
