Protects against nothing in the wind. Either gets blown away or if you tie it to bbq legs it turns into a windsock.

I was happy enough with this when I bought it but after just over two years the fabric changed colour from black to grey/silver and became disastrously thin and fragile, so that the cover now has a huge tear in it - because it was impossible to remove it from the barbecue in one piece the last time we used the barbecue. I would say this isn't worth purchasing because it's basically made to look good initially but is disposable rather than long-lasting. I'm now having to buy another one. Hmmmfph!

I purchased this to cover over an iron fire pit which is best kept dry. Water pooled on the top of the cover which seemed promising, but when I took the cover off to use it, it was full of water. This cover is completely and utterly useless and I would HIGHLY recommend getting another cover elsewhere. I will be chasing a refund and seeking a proper cover from another seller.

Convered the BBQ well. I used the draw string to stop it blowing away. It has no vents. As you can see, it faded and split after about 2 years. There are better quality covers available now, check out Amazon Basics BBQ Cover.

Good bbq but it was to small for mine

It's okay for the price, but does have a habit of flying away, even when tightly wrapped around the BBQ. It's also lost its 'blackness' and has turned into the horrid washed-out grey (that I'm not a fan of) after only a couple of months outside.

Bigger than expected and flimsy material that reminded me of a much cheaper version I bought at a pound shop. Thw pound shop version didn’t last the summer. Time will tell on this one so I’ll keep you posted.

This is a very good quality BBQ cover but I just wished it had been a little bit longer, hence 4 instead of 5 stars.
