Run true size so if you wear a 7 and a half purchase that size other than love my shoes

i purchased these shoes about a month ago. I work at a hospital and thought they would be comfortable. These shoes are plastic. I only work weekends and I leave these shoes in my locker at work. They already tore. They are plastic with a cheap pretty film covering. These shoes suck and I wish I could get my money back.
