I was given an older Nikon Coolpix P80 by my parents and got everything except the charger and battery was dead. I was looking for a replacement charger and came across this product. This came with a charger and two EN-EL5 batteries. I did not need extra batteries, but getting newer ones could not hurt and the price was comparable to other replacement chargers. When I compare the original Nikon EN-EL5 battery with the ones from this product, they both are 3.7V, but the Nikon was 1100mAh whereas these batteries are 1200mAh. So compared to the original you will get some extra usage out of them. The batteries fit into the camera with no problem. I was concerned at first since some replacement batteries do not fit perfectly, but these I had no issues with.The charger can either be charged using a micro-USB (cable included) or USB-C. I like the versatility that provides as it is nice that they are including the ability to charge via USB-C as that seems to be the future port for quite some time. I like that the charger is pretty intuitive to use and shows the charging status. If you notice that the battery icon does not display any bars, do not worry it is not broken, just means that the orientation of the batter is wrong and just needs to flip/rotate 180 degrees.Overall I like this product and was a great replacement for my Nikon Coolpix P80.

My camera is a P90. I don't use it as much as I used to before smartphone cameras got decent, so I'd not checked battery health in a while. Most of them had swelled and were junk, can't fit in any more; didn't bother trying to charge them.This set was what I needed with two fresh batteries and a nice thin charger that can charge two at once, with an informative LCD panel instead of a just a single LED. My old one is slightly smaller footprint, but twice as thick - this one takes up less space/volume in the camera bag. No idea how long the batteries will last, but for now they are fine - first test lasted past the shooting sessions without complaint or notice that it was running down.

Compared to what you would spend for two Nikon batteries and a charger any other brand would be a steal. This combo isn’t exactly a steal when compared to other EN-EL5 batteries and charger. In fact, there were 10 other competitors that were cheaper than this combo. It’s impossible to judge these until you have used them for an extended period of time – that’s when the off brand batteries will lose their ability to hold a charge. But at this price point you could probably buy a new battery every year for five years for what one Nikon battery would cost. Who knows maybe the other manufacturers are making better batteries, but I doubt it. If you use your Nikon camera a lot and need a reliable battery that will continue to give you consistent results stick with Nikon. If not, save the dough for your dream camera.

I ordered this for my Nikon Coolpix 7900. Everything worked as it should. The batteries came pre charged so I could test immediately. Charger worked great! I really needed this item.Highly recommend.
