Bought this product after seeing how expensive the official branded toner was, after installing we test printed a couple images. They were compatible and ready to print as soon as they were installed. Installation was easy and we could not tell the difference! Works the same as the original, but much cheaper!

I'm 73 y/o, have worked around computers my entire life, but was tired of home ink-jet units & their problems, Two years ago I bought a HP color laser jet printer for home & recently had to change the toner cartridges. I was nervous in using an aftermarket product vs OEM, but did so because of the difference in cost & happy to make the purchase; it was easier than i thought! After removing the plastic protective cover & removing the plastic tape, each toner cartridge was replaced one by one so not to mix up the cartridges. so far, I've made a few B&W and colored prints without flaw!

Cartridges installed in my HP printer OK. Software was accepted, as "non-HP".But regular paper seems to print OK. But I see three problems:Problem 1: each page is printed with a loud THUNK sound. I worry that this may eventually damage my printer.Problem 2. Print quality is sub-par: sometimes a thin blue line is printed across each page. IntermittentProblem 3. Photo-prints on glossy paper are fouled up, garbled. Ink displaced on the paper, ugly and messy.

The vendor was quick to replace all of the toners that I had previously purchased that no longer worked in my HP printer due to a firmware update. Due to that update, previously purchased toners would not work. The new toners work perfectly. It was a simple, easy process and the vendor was very willing to work with me.

I order this ink all the time for the printer used by everyone in the office and it works great.
