AMS Uhrenfabrik Clock, Silver, 43 x 5 x 457 cm

Nice looking clock.Suckers work well though they do add more to the depth than expected and can be seen from the side.The hook to use to hang is very small so the screw head I usually use is too wide, have to use a nail.Mine came with the hands loose so there was no way it was going to point to the time. Rather than sending it back I took it apart and pushed them home, reselling and the hands have been fine since. However, in effecting my own solution I noticed there were two screws missing and the wire from the battery to the power unit doesn't have its own slot so SITS proud at the join. This is clearly a design oversight and I am hoping it isn't going to be an issue,

I am in two minds about this clock..it reminds me of a coffin , plus with the red hands it is really hard to actually see the time! . It does make some lovely sounds but you can hardly hear it tick which may appeal to some people. The grey is more like a blue grey and the set up , well the instructions are like double dutch I ended up winding the hands round and waiting for each cuckoo when it started chiming at 11 pm!, I do not think I would actually recommend this clock.

Overall this is a very stylish clock, getting to grips with the settings for someone like me with big hands was very fiddly and the black plastic inner case superimposed with raised black icons was a nightmare to see, I had to resort to using a torch to see what I was doing, that said once I had it up and going I was pleased with it. It dropped one star for being so fiddly.

well made but hand in picture look easy to read but when on wall they are similar color to background so makes hard toread from distance , ( maybe i will get some new glasses lol )

Only bought this for the letters on front they are my sons initials who died but like the clock too.

Sadly my clock was faulty and cuckooed one more than the hour each time so I had to return. Also it is set from 5am until 10pm so unless you like an early morning call or it’s in a room you can’t hear it I wouldn’t buy this. Sadly you can’t adjust the hours it cuckoos

We all love our new cuckoo clock, my three kids still run in the room when they hear her going and we're 3 weeks in now! It does make me smile in the evening too. Looks really nice too, good quality. Best Christmas pressie I ever got my husband!

This is very fabulous clock and right size for my small bedroom. if you looking the bigger clock for living room then i believe it is not a correct size.
