i have used this wire many many times as an installer so i purchased it for my new home. the wire its self is good wire but i got a defective roll. in toward the middle of the roll during some 65 foot runs i found where the casing of the cable was swollen and deformed as an installer i know this is not a good thing. i had to pull the cable back out and cut out the defective sections of cable wasting a good amount of cable. i found this issue in 3 different locations on one 500 foot spool and the defects were without question done during the construction of the cable. i would say they need to step up the quality controll on their wire

This is great cable and resulted in a noticeable different in signal quality. Specifically, remote cable boxes were experiencing a lag when watching recorded shows and lousy fast-forward and reverse functionality along with a fair amount of pixelation. After replacing my old cables with this quad shield coax, all of those issues were resolved!I wish I had upgraded earlier as we thought the problems were with the boxes or the cable length. Cable length may have contributed, but I did not shorten any cables during the upgrade and I'm glad I didn't go through the trouble of doing so as that would have been a lot more work.It is more rigid than my old cable, but that was expected due to improved shielding and did not impact installation other than having to account for a slightly wider bend radius in some locations. I used this cable in conjunction with the Klein Tools connector kit that I will review separately.

Chinese made, so could very well be transmitting coded messages to the A.I. brain implants in the gopher population under my front lawn. But I’m ok with that as the speed of the cable is significantly faster than the RG59 that the house was on before this upgrade.

The cable is great, I have no issue pulling it around my house. But when it is time to crimp it oh boy, the thickness is a paint in the fingers trying to push the cable in. But over all it is great that's the reason why i got 4 stars.

Bought this cable to do some new coaxial cable runs around the house. This cable worked great. The price was right and I have plenty to do more work if I need it. Being quad shield was important to me to protect the signals from exterior interference.

I am remodeling my new house and decided to replace old cables for better quality image. By buying this product I saved a lot of money in cable and the quality of the image is better now for sure. If you are looking for a good quality RG6 cable this is your best option

From a homeowner not involved in the industry, this is some great stuff. Well, except for the box. The box is supposed to allow you to pull out the cable you need, it's just that the whole spool came thru the side of the box. Otherwise, with the stripper/cutter, connectors and compression tool, wiring the house was a cinch!

This is a great deal. I purchased this to install a antena on my roof and wanted plenty of wire to help me wire my home, It works great just as described.. i had shopped around and this was the best deal by far. the spool was a little damaged when it arrived but that dosen't affect the quality of the wire. was able to make all the runs i needed in my house with no problem and i will never have to buy another coax cable. as a PC Technician, I wanted to be able to move customers cable locations or help friends with their cable. Using a proper coax tool, strip the black outter jacket, pull back the 1st braid, cut the 1st foil and pull back the 2nd inner braid but leave the 2nd and most inner foil on the dielectric insulation. Then apply your compression RG6 connectors. A little more preparation is required with this quad coax cable but the reward is a robust product that can weather all seasons and has four layers of shield. This is top grade cable and is no problem to work with all standard straps and connectors. Highly recommended.

Quality cable, great for the outdoors and I had a great signal from my satellite dish over 200+ to my TV in another building. I did bury it inside electrical conduit just to make sure it stays solid. Quality product.

Arrived on time. product was as expected. easily pulled through walls of new construction home. Easy to cut. Haven't tried to put fittings on it yet, but looks like good construction, should be no issues.
