Painless Drape Purchase
Everything was perfect.... I HAVE TO ADMIT... I was very cautious about purchasing online a somewhat big ticket item like two story drapes.... would it be the right color? fabric? length/width/texture/color... and what if it doesn't work out... going the hassle of customer service reps, returning the item... waiting on the credit to hit my CC... WELL NONE OF THAT APPLIED to me on these PAINLESS process. They sent me sample swatches... i ordered the first panel... it came within days... even with a personal signed thank you note for my business... PLEASE don't forget the miles that I didn't have to drive... the traffic i missed.... the car break in at the mall parking lot.... etc... and NO ONE IS OR HAS PAID ME to say this... my parents taught me... if you see something nice...
