Not really sure that you can easily review a supplement, but here goes... At one of my regular physicals my doctor told me that my vitamin D levels were too low and that I should take a supplement. That was a few years ago. I started taking this brand due to the amount of vitamin D they contain, the small size of the gel like pill and the quantity you get for the price. Since I started taking these my vitamin D levels at my yearly physicals are all spot on. So I guess they're working. I have read that Vitamin D is a fat soluble vitamin so any surplus is not excreted but rather stored in the fat where it can accumulate to the point where it may be harmful. I was in search for a new vitamin D3 that was free of too many fillers and of certain allergens which I can’t tolerate. I am so happy I found these on Amazon. I read all the positive reviews and decided to give Naturewise a chance. I purchased 1,000 iu and 30 for starters to see if they make a difference in my energy and levels in a month as i am low.This was my first day and absolutely love how small these gel caps are and easy to swallow also simple ingredients everything I was hoping for. The bottle was well sealed and the capsules were not stuck together. I attached photos. So far highly recommend for those looking for a Vitamin D3 without allergens and fillers. This Brand of Vit D3 has been an absolute Life Saver for me. My doctor said I needed 2,oooiu d3 daily from lab tests. I bought a name brand and did not realize until 3 months in having a Horrific rash on hands, arms, legs, chest and doctor, then dermatologist and 2 biopsies, that it was SOYBEAN OIL IN THE VITAMIN. Then I search all stores for Vit d3 minus soybean oil with total failure. THIS COMPANY sells an Excellent Clean product and I am thankful!!
