We have tried 4 different watch phones prior to this one. I have to say finally a watch phone that fits all our needs. We wanted to give our 11 and 9 years old a way to get in contact with us but not smart phone with internet access. Here's what I like about this: 1. Unlike many 2G watch phones on Amazon, this watch phone is for 3G network. I purchased 9 dollars plan from H2O wireless which runs on AT&T network. It works great. 2. Many watch phones in the market all have cartoon design. This watch phone style is definitely okay for my soon to be middle schoolers. 3. The tracking App is very simple and easy to use. It has the class mode which I like. The location tracking is pretty accurate so far. It picked up WiFi for indoor location purpose. A lot of watch phones have horrible location accuracy when you are inside the building. 4. The camera is on the watch face which helps to take selfies. Many watch phones have their camera on the side of the watch. It's pretty hard to take any pictures with that awkward angle. 5. Battery life is sooooo much better. My kids last watch couldn't last 8 hours, on a constant charging mode.Highly recommended if you are looking for a non smartphone option for your pre-teen or teens.

When it was working it was very convenient. Unfortunately we've had it just over a month and the touch screen is completely unresponsive. I have been trying for a week to get ahold of Oaxis with no luck. And when it broke it was 2 days after the period that I could return it.I gave it 2 stars because I liked it when it worked but I am very sorry I spent $150 for one month's use. Seems like Oaxis customer service is non-existent.

We had the watch for a month or so, and it worked fine, as advertised. For the last few days however, the companion mobile app has been completely broken. You can't log in with your previous account. You can't do the password reset flow. You can't make new accounts either. It just spits back "Invalid verification token". The customer support option on the Oaxis website hasn't been responsive either. At the moment, I've got a 150$ product that's basically became unusable unusable 1 month after purchase and 1 day after the return window closed.

I bought two (one for each of my children-ages 6 & 8). This watch is awesome and I highly recommend it for purchase. It is easy to set-up (once the SIM card is installed) and easy for the kids to use.I've only been using it for two days. The only negative comment I have about its functionality: it appears to have a poor indoor signal. It is more frequent than not the device goes offline when my children are inside a building. If I attempt to "listen" and the phone is off line then nothing will happen (to include receiving GPS data), however, the phone will call my phone when it's no longer off line (but only if I previously attempted to listen).Future features recommendations:1) Capability to create more than 3 safe zone areas (I really like this feature..the ability to receive an alert when my kids are outside of the safe zones (home, school, friends, summer camp, day care etc).2) Capability to remotely power-on the watch.3) Waterproof capability so the kids don't have to remove it while participating in water-related activities...i.e water park.4) The red SoS button also functions as a "back" button in order to exit menus. I recommend the SoS button solely be used for SoS functions. This may be confusing to some kids and lead to an inadvertent pressing of the SoS button.5) Capability to send a message to the app when the watch is off-line/on-line.

Boo hoo. I feel like crying. I bought two watches after reading the last review. I have a 9 year old and 11 year old, and I wanted to be able to contact them individually while they roamed the neighborhood or out and about. The pink watch works fine, but the black one has also given me “Nothing but problems and zero customer service or troubleshooting information. The watch continues to search for a network despite the SIM card being set up perfectly.” I was out of town for a month this summer and the return policy only lasted a month so I can’t return or exchange it. $150 plus the $30 for the SIM card have been flushed. Again... so sad!

The phone looks pretty sturdy. Went to t-mobile to activate it and it took us 2 hours. For some reason the wearable watch sim did not work so she had to change it to an actual norlam voice line. That began to work after trying 3 new different sim cards. It was a paine to do this but thankfully the T-Mobile girl was very patient and the store was empty so she was patient to help and try it in various ways. The additional line IF you already have a T-Mobile account is only $10. The video calling from the app took a while and several attempts to actually work. The voice over the watch is very very clear but the gps lacks an exact lovation while we are home. It gives another neighbors address. While tracking it is not too bad but it is pretty slow. It works really good as far as just using it for calling and vice versa, the rest of the features work poorly. The listening ear feature or the spy feature is pretty good, it calls you as if it was the child and once you answer you can her without the child notticing. The phone has the screen on as if nothing was going on so this is pretty good. I have only had this watch for a couple of hours on my kid and he really likes it, but if it would have been a lot easier to set it up it would have gotten one more star.Read lots of good and bad reviews but i wanted to know for myself since it is a lot more pricey than many many other watch phones ranging from $30 to $60. To be honest I really thought that because of the price it was going to be a lot better, and i really expected something a lot better.The app on the phone that you download is pretty simple but you do have to go through it for you to really get the hang of it.

L'ho acquistato per mio figlio di 9 anni. La qualità delle chiamate è perfetta ed è molto facile da utilizzare. Ho utilizzato una scheda fastweb. Mio figlio è molto CONTENTO!!! La localizzazione invece potrebbe andare meglio ..o forse sono io che non so fare bene ad utilizzare l'applicazione.

Lo he tenido que devolver dos veces. Contando que hay relojes de este tipo por 30€ aunq sin cámara,,el audio del chat suena el altavoz cascado si intentas hablar alto para que se escuche bien. No se si es fallo o normal””

Il prodotto è buono, resistente ed adatto ad un bambino (il mio ha 8 anni). Sono però presenti dei difetti nel software. 1) i messaggi che vengono mandati dall'orologio al telefono collegato si vedono solo quando è aperta l'APP di controllo, quindi poco utile per comunicare, il contapassi sull'APP del telefono va in crash, la posizione si aggiorna solo quando si apre l'APP sul telefono.Mio figlio comunque è contentissimo mi chiama, video chiama e messaggia, la qualità delle telefonate e delle video telefonate è ottima.

Funziona perfettamente. Anche con sim Iliad.
