Works great!
I have one cat who constantly gets sick from hair balls as of right now I’ve been using this every 2-3 days mixing it into his wet food (he’s picky so he wouldn’t eat it alone) and so far I haven’t seen any hairballs from him!

That worked quick!
I got the CatLax delivered yesterday morning after my long haired cat seemed like she was dealing with a stubborn hairball.I'm currently writing this at 4am, less than 24 hours later, and she successfully hacked it up with minimal issues. She also had no problem with the taste when I applied it to her paw, so that's great! Happy to have this on hand.

Mix it with a wet food or wet treat
My picky cat would not eat it. I had to mix it into a delectables wet treat. She still avoided a lot of it. My other cat ate it all mixed with his treat no problem. I will update on it’s effectiveness. Both cats have been hacking due to hairballs and their winter fur coming out. Hopefully it helps them.

Quite possibly saved our cat's life
Out cat was displaying signs of having a hairball blockage. Her poo was quite stinky and slightly wet, and she kept trying to get up a hairball but was just puking a tiny bit of spit or stomach acid. We took her to the vet who said that we'd need to go to a specialist, and that if it required surgery it would cost between five and twelve thousand dollars, and of course there's always a chance of something going wrong. As someone who is absolutely obsessed with their furry friend this was devastating news. While saving up for the thousand plus dollar consultation, we decided to try what we could at home. We've been giving our girl this product for the past couple of weeks according to the instructions. The other day we noticed a small amount of fur in one of her poops and we were very happy about that. Since then however, we hadn't seen any more. That is until today, when we saw another tuft hanging out of the end of a poo. We decided to break the poo open and the entirety of it was full of fur! The other pieces in the same batch were the same--all full of fur! We're still going to take our girl to the vet again for the consultation, but we have a feeling that they won't find anything. As another bonus, our girl is the pickiest eater on earth and she lets us smear this on her paw without any drama, now that she knows what it is. She doesn't mind it and just licks it off without flicking it over a rainbow like she did every other product we've tried.Even once this incident is behind us, we're going to keep giving her this product for the rest of her long happy life!

This works very well!
I have a Norwegian Forest Cat, so very thick dense long fur. He sheds very badly during spring/summer. We decided to buy this in July of 2024 to help prevent and remove hairballs. I wasn't sure if it was going to work but man it does! After about 30 minutes of giving it to our cat he starts acting like he feels a lot better. It seems to settle his stomach very quickly! He doesn't love the taste but he lets me give it to him regardless. It's definitely effective and I will be a repeat buyer.

She doesn't like it
I read the reviews, decided to take advantage of a special price and ordered 2. Dumb moveMy cat won't touch it. I tried to hide it in her wet food... wouldn't eat it.It is not eligible for returns, money down the drain. So, take away, not every cat is going to love it ... proceed with caution.

Vet recommended
I have an older kitty who has stomach issues, she tends to spit up a few hairballs because of it. My vet gave me this brand to use and recommends it. I have some very finicky kitties, but they all take this easily. it seems to be helping all of my babies. One of the good things about it is it mixes very well with lickable treats or wet food.
