Excellent Water Heater
Water heater arrived to my home fast. Works great! I bought this to replace the identical water heater in my home. I have well water so I like to replace my water heater every few years. Installation was easy.

Works fantastic. Installation wasn't too bad going from tank water heater to tankless. I ran my own electrical (it's handy to be an electrician sometimes). Very pleased, hopefully it will last year's to come.

Inconsistent
Doesn't stay hot, shower gets hot cold hot cold Poor customer servicer as well. Would not recommend.

One of the elements went out but warranty fixed it on the same day can you Believe that. The place is here in Miami went by and pick it back up same day... wow

Troublesome "modulating" temperature control
I have found the temperature control systems inaccurate and failure-prone (2@ 27kW units). The (thermistor?) temperature sensors do not reliably give accurate readings and tend to fail "open". The flow sensor turbine occasionally sticks, despite an upstream 10 micron filter in the water supply line.

Works beautifully. We were able to get rid of bulky hot water heater in our small utility room. Recommend this particular one.
